Will my plant look like the photos in the listing?
We make every effort to keep the photos updated on our product pages. However, we ask that you please read the product listing carefully. There are times we will include a photo example of a matured plant for reference. Alternatively, the listing might include several like plants and you will need to select the appropriate option prior to adding the plant to your shopping cart.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final once your order has been shipped. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted once the email has been sent.You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping, by using the contact us page. Please be sure to include the order information in the body of your message.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We are happy to offer local pick up in middle Georgia, and monthly local pickup in Savannah!After choosing "Local Pickup" at checkout you must schedule an appointment to pick up your order. After you have scheduled your pick up, your order will be pulled and available for pick up at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please do so ASAP, we permit one reschedule. Plants will be held for 72 hours, if they are not picked up within that time, we reserve the right to return the plants to our inventory and refund your purchase.
Do you have a guarantee?
You new plant purchase is guaranteed to arrive alive to its forever home. Most plants have a 30 day replacement promise, please check individual plant listing for any exclusions.We reserve the right to deny any claim where receiving instructions were not followed and/or intentional damage has occurred.*Please note: Repotting your plant prior to the 30 day suggested time frame will automatically void warranty.
