Was your plant damaged on delivery?
Prosemino Plant Co does offer a plant replacement policy. Please take a photo of your plant and email us at proseminoplantco@gmail.com within 24 hours of your plant being delivered to start the replacement process on all Prosemino plants except where noted otherwise. It is at our discretion to determine whether a replacement, refund (partial or full) or store credit will be issued. We may request further documentation and photos. Prosemino Plant Company does not replace plants if they are left in extreme temperatures upon delivery or if not removed from box immediately after being delivered.
